Beschreibung

Previous knowledge expected: Students require adequate English skills to achieve the expected level of participation. Finally, students will write a one-page essay. Do you want to be competent in developing excellent team cooperation competencies? Do you want to enhance your communication skills? Do you want to develop your leadership and facilitation skills while having fun with group exercises and role-playing activities? If so, this workshop is for you! Here you will gain new insights into your own role within your team and gain appreciation of other roles that may appear during conflicts. By learning better ways of looking at team dynamics you will improve your ability to create a good and well-structured work environment and enhance team collaboration. Furthermore, you will learn how to facilitate successful meetings. After completing this workshop you will have an expanded set of useful communication and facilitation skills that will enable you to build good work relationships and deal with conflicts in a constructive manner.

Lehr- und Lernmethoden

Trainer input, mentimeter polls, exercises, role-playing activities, group discussions, feedback, etc. Each participant is encouraged to explore his/her style and thus expand their individual set of communication, dialogue facilitation and project team collaboration skills.
